Shipping policy

STD Courier deliveries
Courier deliveries will require a signature upon arrival unless you tell us otherwise. Someone will need to be home to inspect goods prior to signing off. Any damage needs to be recorded with the courier in order to process returns and refunds. We have a small courier charge of $8.00 + GST, a medium courier charge of $12.00 + GST and a large Courier charge of $18.00 + GST

Fabric roll deliveries
All our fabric products such as shade cloth, weed matt and all other films are delivered as a roll on a courier, due to the weight and bulk of these products they are more expensive to deliver. Our Roll delivery charge is $38.00 + GST

General Pallet Deliveries
Any product requiring a pallet due to its size and weight is delivered via Mainfreight. Pallet deliveries require an address with a forklift available unless you opt for a hand unload as outlined below. General Pallet Deliveries cost $85.00 + GST

Rural Pallet Deliveries
If your delivery address is considered ‘Rural’ by the Freight Provider, you agree to pay an additional $50.00 + gst for this delivery which will be charged to you by Modscape. This may be over and above the website quoted charge if this information was not available to you at time of placing the order. An alternative option is to have the order delivered to the nearest freight depot and you can collect from this location at no additional charge.

Pallet Hand Unloads
If your delivery requires a hand unload that takes longer than 15 minutes to unload with the driver, you agree to pay an additional $35.00 + gst to hand unload the delivery. This will be charged to you by Modscape. An alternative option is to have the order delivered to the nearest freight depot and the customer collects from there at no additional charge.

Hi-ab Charges
If you require a Hi-ab delivery, you agree to pay an additional $200.00 + gst per hour for this service. An alternative option is to have the order delivered to the nearest freight depot and the customer collects from there at no additional charge.

Ideal Preference for pallet deliveries
To avoid any additional charges, it is recommended to have the order delivered to a commercial address which has a forklift onsite or have the order delivered to the nearest freight depot. All additional charges mentioned above are on top of the standard freight and handling charges stated at the shopping cart.
All additional charges will be invoiced separately by Modscape after the order is placed. We will get your permission from you for this to be charged to you before we send the goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
